ALPHMEN Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

 

We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In its original condition with all tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

 

2. Initiating a Return (The Process)

 

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, you must first contact us at pixel.mayaval@gmail.com to receive approval.

  2. Wait for Approval: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted or processed.

  3. Shipping Address: Once approved, please send the item to the following address:

3. Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount.

  • Gift cards.
